Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Booking and payment
Payment of the deposit or consultation fee shown during booking is required to confirm your appointment.
For medical examinations, your deposit is applied toward the total examination fee. Any remaining balance and charges for additional services are due at your appointment.
For consultations requiring full payment at booking, the prepaid consultation fee serves as your reservation payment and is subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms below.
Cancellations and no-shows
Reservation payments are nonrefundable if you cancel your appointment or do not attend, except as stated below or where a refund is required by law.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or fail to attend, your reservation payment is forfeited. A new reservation payment is required to book another appointment.
Rescheduling
You may transfer your reservation payment once to a replacement appointment by requesting rescheduling at least 48 hours before your original appointment.
The payment is credited toward the replacement appointment. Any difference in service price remains payable. Further rescheduling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice requires a new reservation payment.
Please contact our office to arrange the transfer so that you are not charged twice.
If our office cancels
If Canton Aeromedical LLC cancels your appointment, you may choose to transfer your payment to a replacement appointment or receive a refund of the payment for the canceled appointment.
Consultation preparation
Please complete the consultation intake form and submit relevant medical records and FAA correspondence at least two business days before your consultation.
Missing or incomplete records may limit the guidance we can provide during your scheduled appointment. Contact our office promptly if you need assistance submitting documents.
FAA certification
Payment covers the scheduled professional service. It does not guarantee issuance of an FAA medical certificate or approval by the FAA.
A consultation does not replace a required medical examination. Examination and consultation fees are not refundable solely because certification is deferred, denied, or requires additional evaluation.
