FAA Designated Medical Exam – $180

After Hours/Weekend – $100
– Any appointment requested outside normal visit times
Electrocardiogram – $100
– When is an ECG required? An ECG is required when applying for a Class I medical certificate if age 35. Then, annually after the age of 40.
Color Vision Testing – $25
-As of January 1st, 2025, a computer-based color vision test is required for all new applicants for an FAA airman medical certificate (1st, 2nd, or 3rd class). If you have previously passed an FAA-approved color vision test and hold a current certificate, you are “grandfathered” and do not need to retake it.
